2011 Everlasting
The Carldenn Everlasting is a blend of Chardonnay, Semillon and Chenin. It has Green Apple, tropical fruit and citrus blossom, is pleasingly aromatic with a subtle hint of spice on the palate. Like a field in full bloom, this wine finishes full, round and very pleasant.

2009 Cabernet Merlot
This wine is dense ruby. The lifted nose shows tight combinations of peppermint, licorice and oak. The palate displays the excellent combination of the two varieties with mouth-filling, well balanced and intense flavours with a long finish. Tawny Shiraz Port
If you like Christmas pudding or cake this port is that in a bottle with rich ripe raisin flavours. The fruit was some of the best Shiraz I have seen picked at maximum ripeness. This Port was made as a Vintage Port which means it will continue to develop in the bottle for many years to come.
