Some subtle differences to the 07 classic, with no sauvignon blanc in this blend an addition of extra semillon is the highlight in this wine. With great length the gooseberry and tropical fruit dominate etc. same as 07.

2007 CABERNET/MERLOT
This wine is dense ruby. The lifted nose shows tight comvinations of intense berry fruits, plum and oak. The palate displays the excellent combination of the two varieties, with mouth-filling, well balanced and intense flavours with a long finish. This wine is a fine example with its very clean and densley bundled nuances that will take years to unfold.

2011 TAWNY PORT -
Release date early September 2011.
Late harvested Shiraz spanning five vintages was used to produce this fortified liqueur Shiraz has an intense nose of ripe blackberries with a hint of licorice. A complex palate of rich fruit-cake, raisins and chocolate is balanced with spirit, delivering a smooth, warm and luscious finish to this wine.
